Sarah Panuska is a Master's student specializing in queer masculinity and representations of queer and non-normative sexuality in popular culture. Her master's thesis compares the queer space and identities in Alison Bechdel's long-running comic strip, Dykes to Watch Out For, with the non-normative identity of Batwoman in D.C. Comics' revival,The New 52.
