Sarah Panuska is PhD candidate at Michigan State University. She studies queer theory and its intersections with film. Her dissertation uses queer theory to reconsider conceptions of camp by looking at the ways that camp has been used with methodologies of curation in the work of queer and lesbian filmmakers working in the last decades of the 20th century.
